As our Talent Lead, you will lead a team of excellent Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) – built by yourself. Your team and you will help developers find and land the job they love. You are a hands-on, attentive and conscientious leader. You deeply engage with all candidates, understanding their background, personality and aspirations. You ensure their Try Catch experience is wonderful.
You are perfectly capable of building a team of TASs who are at least as good as you are. You know how to keep your team motivated and self sustaining. You will successfully onboard all new team members and set them up for long-term success. Working with you is inspiring and fun.
You will train all team members and coach them towards peak performance. You monitor, optimize and report on growth metrics and KPIs. You will partake in weekly meetings and strategy sessions. You will build, enhance and spread Try Catch’s culture throughout the organisation as new employees join.
